Went to watch this musical called "If there are seasons" at the National Library last Saturday. It was a treat by Aunty Swee Lan again. The musical is based on the songs written by Singaporean songwriter Liang Wen Fook. Thought there were too many songs and the storyline was a bit confusing at the beginning. Anyway, the lead actor is George Chan, that Dancefloor judge. No wonder I found him so familiar at the start. A pleasant musical on the overall. :)
If there are seasons... I went to buy a book from Life Bookstore yesterday. It's called "Mental Illnesses and Demonization". Can't wait to start on it though the contents are a bit eerie. Heh.. I'm currently reading "From third world to first world" - The memoirs of Lee Kuan Yew. Ok, I know I'm a bit slow but it's never too late to start. Haha.. It's a very good and inspiring book, I feel! Lee Kuan Yew has certainly done so much for Singapore and without him, I don't think we can where we are now!
Was studying that chim Psychology till 2am in the morning and I feel a sense of achievement! Now I know a little bit more about the brain and function of neurons. Haha.. But I'm still left with 2 readings for Malay Studies. Have to finish it before the lecture later in the afternoon. And there's this research to do on false memory. Sian.. Just when I thought I could slow down and relax a while, the lecturers post up assignments again. Welcome to uni life! :(
