Spent the morning at Woodlands Library to settle my fines and borrow some books. Was browsing through some travelling books and I was so fascinated by the beautiful and breath-taking sights of other countries. It has always been my dream to travel around the world but because of financial woes, I don't think this dream of mine will come true any sooner... Anyway, it doesn't hurt much to fantasize ya? So, let's start dreaming now... LOL!
My first stop would be...
HONGKONG! I don't have to tell you why I love this amazing city. Hahaha! Moreover, it's the cheapest among the other places which I want to go. Once arrived, I'll start my search for Andy Lau and I won't return until I find him. Keke... Just joking lar... Do I sound like that perverse
Yang LiJuan? haha... I'm not as psychotic as her. =P
Sidenote: I just heard that my beloved Andy Lau will be coming to Singapore to promote his new album soon!!!! Ah!! I missed the opportunity to see him last year because of 'A' Levels and I definitely won't miss it this year. Oh my gosh! Haha... So happy!
Anyway, after HongKong,
I'll fly to AUSTRALIA! I won't tell you why I'm so in love with Down Under. It's a long story. haa! I want to visit the famous Sydney Opera House! :)
Following that, I'll go to...
ALASKA! Since young, I've always wondered how eskimos look like and I want to see how they do their cooking under the extreme cold weathers.
How on earth do they boil water huh? That's the question that is bothering me since I read about eskimos years ago... Heh...
Finally, my last stop would be...
FRANCE! The only reason why I want to go there is because Johnny Depp lives there lar. Heh... Maybe if I'm lucky enough, I'll get to meet him and get his signature. Keke! Fat hope...
OK, end of my wonderful dream. It's time to wake up and face reality... oh man...
Oh yah, next time remind me not to take the bus when it's time for those idiotic kids to go home from school. They were wrestling in an overcrowded bus and worse still, they reek of sweat and perspiration. Erk! I didn't know that pressing the bell in the bus was so fun until I saw how they pressed the bell. For each stop, I can hear at least 5 times the bell rang. What the heck?! And the most irritating thing was that they started stepping on my feet like nobody's business when they were struggling to alight. Next time I'll wear high heels and step on every single foot I see on the bus. Hmph! The only consolation I had was that none of the little pests was donning Rulang Primary uniform. Heh heh... Gave me a little bit of pride because it's my alma mater. =)
Went to NUS yesterday with HuiMin for our medical checkup. Wah, I thought it was too early for us to go at 8am but when we reached, the whole place was already bombarded with people. In the end, we had to wait for 2 long and dreadful hours before the whole thing was completed. The doctor said I'm healthy except that my skin and nose are too sensitive. As if I don't know... Duh... I had my X-ray done for the very first time and it was scary. The radiographer was so impatient and fierce. She was scolding me the moment I stepped into the room for not tying my hair and when I placed my hands at the wrong position, she showed her frustrations so obviously. Hurhur... Maybe she had a bad day... =X
HuiMin and I while waiting to register. I was super tired lah... No wonder my smile looked a bit fake.. Hahaha... =PDid I mention about the Fantastic 4 movie which I watched the other day with Edward? I don't know whether it was too boring or because I was too tired... I fell asleep halfway through the movie and only woke up in time for the ending. Heh... First time in my entire life I dozed off during a movie. Aha... I felt the first part was better than the second one. Hmmm...
Think I've written quite a lot of chunk now. Shall watch Pride and Prejudice now. Heex... I like Tom Hollander( the guy who acted in Pirates of the Caribbean as Lord Cutler Beckett)... Too bad he only has a small part in the movie.
